*Must have 8+ years experience*

*Must have Agile & Agile Central (Rally)*



*Must have skills:*



• Analyze, design, develop, debug, test, document, deploy and provide
production support applications using primary skills in Java, J2EE, Pega
PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander), and BPM, Oracle

• Experience developing enterprise applications using multiple programming
languages, frameworks, and patterns.

• Proficiency in RDBMS, Oracle experience preferred.

• Good understanding on database design and query optimization

*• At least 5 years of experience with developing and maintaining
enterprise applications*

*• At least 5 years of experience with DevOps implementation*

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while
remaining productive and professional; exercise patience and ability to
multi task



*Software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities:*

• Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale
distributed systems.

• Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks.

• Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication
skills and a sense of drive.

• Understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems.

• Experience in managing and scaling distributed systems in a public,
private, or hybrid cloud environment

•Hands-on experience using monitoring tools and solution like- Splunk, New
relic, DTSAAS etc



*Nice to haves:*

a. Good understanding of SSL certificates

b. Working with offshore teams

c. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

d. Strong Agile background

e. Hands on with Agile Central (Rally)
