At least 10+ years of rigorous design and programming experience

A proven professional with multiple full lifecycle SFDC implementations and
at least 7+ years of experience working with SFDC (Apex, Visual Force,
Lightening)

Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC

Proven experience in overseeing the technical direction, development, and
implementation of SFDC software solutions

Experience developing and delivering enterprise class solutions to real
customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales, Client Service,
and/or Marketing issues

Effectively manage on-site/off-site development staff to accomplish SFDC
project deliverables

Strong knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM Processes

Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mathematics



*Skills:*



Salesforce Administration and Development

Data analysis and reconciliations

Strong Excel capabilities

Familiarity with SQL, databases

Web technologies and Scripting



*Special Knowledge:*



Certified Salesforce Application Architect or equivalent experience.
