Job Title: Release Manager

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: Long term Contract



Must Have but not limited:

*         Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure 
alignment across key partners and vendors

*         Implement and manage release processes for keeping the code up to 
date with latest code and also progression of code in the dev, test and prod 
environments in an automated fashion

*         Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management 
process

*         Producing management information, including KPIs and reports

*         Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making 
recommendations for improvement

*         Developing and maintaining the incident management system

*         Driving, developing, managing and maintaining the major incident 
process and associated procedures

*         Reviewing and auditing the process

*         Ensuring that all IT teams follow the incident management process for 
every incident

*         Managing high and critical Incidents to ensure timely completion

*         Overseeing all Incidents and user service requests for timely 
completion

*         Monitoring of tickets and taking the actions necessary to meet GoA 
service targets

*         Managing Incidents including

*         Major Incident with a priority of "Critical" or "High", client facing

*         Priority 1 (Critical) and Priority 2 (High)

*         Client satisfaction for Incidents

*         Managing user escalations for Incidents and user service requests



Nice to Have:

*         Knowledge in Service Now

*         Knowledge in Data center operations
