Business Analyst –AEM

Location: REDMOND, WA

Client: HCL / Microsoft



Position - 1

*Responsibilities:*

·         Evaluate as is level 3 process models and using their AEM
experience call out where modifications are going to be required (change in
system, roles, process)

·         Reviewing inputs from Engineering’s release roadmap to determine
impacts upon to be AEM level 3 process models

·         Develop AEM to be process model, one per migration phase
(planning 3 digital storefront migrations, plan for marketing websites
still TBD)

·         Build understanding of, and secure feedback on viability/impacts
of to be process models across MCB stakeholders

·         Compile impact assessments on roles, processes, assist in
generating funding implications (if/where appropriate)

·         Secure signoff on to be process models

·         Provide process knowledge and content to help inform the design
and creation of training collateral to support migration phases*Desired
experience:*

·         AEM migration experience (preferably been a part of 2+ migration
efforts)

·         Experience working in fortune 100 company

*Required experience:*

·         5+ years AEM experience

·         Strong process modeling experience (reviewing existing processes
and isolating opportunities; organization/conducting process workshops;
gathering inputs; compiling future state process models, etc)

·         Quick learner, adaptable and very comfortable with ambiguity

·         Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

·         Proven ability to self-manage, work under pressure, and meet
deadlines

·         Ability to effectively influence a diverse group of stakeholders

·         Business operations experience

·         Proven experience and comfort leading meetings (in-persons and
virtual)
