·  9+ years’ experience delivering business solutions using Salesforce.com
<http://salesforce.com/>

·  Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> certifications (including
Developer and Administrator)

·  Extensive experience in customizing Salesforce out of the box
functionality – assignment rules, escalation rules, validation rules,
workflows, approvals and actions.

·  Experience in building new business processes using process builder

·  Experience in Apex to perform the code analysis and troubleshoot issues

·  Experience in working on Lightning Experience

·  Experienced building reports, report folders, dashboards and configuring
analytic snapshots.

·  Experience rolling out salesforce.com code from sandbox environments to
other sandbox environments and to production environments using ANT,
Eclipse and Change Sets.

·  Experience with integration tools such as Force.com <http://force.com/> Data
Loader, Informatica On-Demand

·  Experience managing environments in complex Salesforce.com
<http://salesforce.com/>implementations

·  Proficiency in cloud tools like Eclipse, Force.com <http://force.com/> IDE
and Apex explorer

·  Extensive experience in data migration using Data Loader, CRM Fusion
Demand Tools

·  Knowledge of working on Appian platform to troubleshoot production
issues and making small enhancements

·  Knowledge of SQL to perform the database updates in Appian

·  Experience working in an Agile development environment

·  Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

·  Excellent planning, analytical and project execution skills

·  Agile practice experience
