 *Job Description:*

•         8+ Years of Extensive experience as a *Reference Data Manager /
Data Architect .*

•         3+ Years of *Data analysis* experience (preferably Insurance
Industry), should have 3 + Years on managing Reference Data proactively

•         Strong experience/exposure across the entire data landscape with
the ability to extend traditional data architecture techniques to include *big
data components (of HDFS, Hive, Spark, Kafka, MapReduce, HBase, Sqoop,
Flume and etc).*

•         Exposure on graph databases (*Titan* in particular) and/or
experience in Data Quality tools (*Informatica Data Quality* in particular)
is strong plus

•         Should have strong understanding on *Data Strategy, Data
Governance, Master Data Management, Metadata management, Data
Integration/ingestion, Data Quality management, Data modeling, Data
warehousing, Business Intelligence and advanced Analytics.*

•         Able to quickly sort through and resolve issues with the right
people included

•         Quick learner, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with
the ability to deal with numerous tasks simultaneously and with frequently
changing priorities.

•         Functional knowledge/experience of the Insurance Industry is a
plus

•         Able to Manage & Lead a team of people functionally and
technically

•         Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
is a must
