*Scope of Tasks:*

• IS-U Billing Lead proficient with the design of residential, commercial,
and complex industrial rate models including interval based rate
structures, net energy metering programs, demand response programs, and
other modern energy and non-energy products (metered and un-metered).

• Proficient in the design of exceptions of Billing and Invoicing processes
including Invoice Reversal, and the Outsort and Adjustment of
Billing/Invoicing documents

• Proficient in the design of invoicing processes including collective
invoicing, payment plans, and bill print design (not the technical
development)

• In addition to the above functional/system skills, very strong
communication and general consulting skills (client objective handling,
partner coaching/mentoring) are required
