*Job Duration: Long term* *Required Skills:* 12+ year experience in Performance engineering 8+ year experience in end to end Performance Engineer across all tiers: App layer (Web/App Servers), Network, DB Servers, Storage, distributed systems and Mainframes. Lead multiple projects, provide resource forecast and manage onsite/offshore teams to deliver project on-time. Develop performance strategies and test plans for large COTS product implementation Prepare detailed project plan for performance testing 5 years hands-on experience with HP-Load Runner/Performance Center/JMeter/Visual studio – web performance testing tools Strong knowledge of workload modeling and extrapolation methodologies. Knowledge of profiling tools to identify bottlenecks in CPU, JVMs, Mainframes, Memory, storage, DB and Network. • Experience in baselining, benchmarking and sizing infrastructures. Strong communication required in interacting with multiple development and vendor teams to address performance testing bottleneck resolutions. Proactive thinking and take accountability to resolve performance bottlenecks Hands-on experience in monitoring tools Dynatrace, Splunk and AppDynamics Experience in agile development process and implementing shift left performance test engineering techniques Thanks...
