*Job Description:*

   - At least 12 plus years of professional work experience as a Project
   Manager handling large enterprise projects in a project management role
   - Should be able to handle large projects with a 15-20 members team of
   Onsite-Offshore technical resources
   - Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) would be an
   Advantage
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
   - Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire
   customer loyalty and adoption
   - Previous experience in handling RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
   projects would be an added advantage
   - At least 2 plus of years of Experience on Microsoft Azure
   - Previous experience with working with RPA tools such as Automation
   Anywhere, Blue Prism or UI Path would be an advantage
   - Basic knowledge of Robotic Process technologies is mandatory i.e. on
   UI Path, Blue Prism or Automation  Anywhere
   - Should have excellent programming/software development background
   - Previous Development Experience in Java,Net and C# technologies will
   be an asset
   - Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital
   technologies or RPA Projects
   - Experience in Design & Implementation of Robotics Process Automation.
   - Oversee various responsibilities of project initiatives until the
   project is delivered and deployed successfully
   - Good exposure to Business Process Analysis and automation.
   - A track record in training and mentoring individuals on development
   and delivery disciplines
   - The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems
   using innovative and well-planned approaches with well documented,
   supportable and extensible developments
   - Should have knowledge or working experience with a database like SQL
   Server, My SQL
   - Build the right relationships across all levels of the client to
   ensure roadblocks to RPA adoption are addressed.
   - Chart and implement customer RPA journeys from an existing initial
   implementation to a robust scalable model.
   - Shape the end-to-end architecture and design, and work with the
   technical/program head and team to implement the solutions.
   - Creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility,
   functionality, and integration with existing systems
