*Duration : 6+ Months Interview : Phone and f2f/Skype* *No H1B* *Job Description*: · Developer Specialty Tier 2 Mid resource needed to perform network security related manual processes until automation can be corrected. *Job Requirement* · Experience required with ServiceNow and the ITOM Configuration Management (CMDB) services in an Enterprise production environment · Knowledge required of ServiceNow Fundamentals or ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals · Experience on ServiceNow Discovery development. · Hands on experience on creating/maintaining Discovery schedules and setup MID servers. · Experience in the following ServiceNow areas: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, Script Includes, ACL's, Reporting, JavaScript and HTML/CSS. · Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript or Jelly including: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, etc. · Strong CMDB technical and process knowledge including ServiceNow Discovery *Job Duties:* · Perform day to day ServiceNow Discovery operations. · Assist IT Asset & Configuration Management team with ServiceNow Discovery admin activities. · Perform monthly/quarterly ServiceNow Discovery balancing and schedule rotations · Discovery troubleshooting (Credentials, Probes and sensors). · Perform and/or participate in discovery and design work sessions to determine best practice solution requirements and produce deliverables, including mock-ups, flow diagrams, etc. *Nice to have:* · Knowledge of Infoblox to ServiceNow integration and basic knowledge of Infoblox tool.
