Timely response to the customer's submission issues by Email, Create & Tracking Case and Issue Escalation. 2. Monitoring health of service, Timely response and deal with emergencies. 3. Independent completion of the system failure and alarm initial analysis, Follow the operation and maintenance process manual to inform the corresponding T3 engineers. 4. Responsible for fault tracking, until the root cause of the problem is found, the problem can be resolved. 5. Can accept operation works at night, daily 8:30 - 17:30, evening: 21:00 - 23:30. 6. Follow the service upgrade plan to upgrade the services. *Skill Required:* 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 4+ years working experience in Internet products operation and maintenance. 2. Hands-On experience with network and PSTN, VoIP technology, familiar with SIP, VOIP, H.3323, RTP/RTCP protocol and Cisco Voice gears. 3. Familiar with scripting, with Shell / Python related experience 4. Familiar with Linux, Windows and other operating systems and common software operations, familiar with Apache, MySQL and open source software. 5. Basic voice Codec and network knowledge. 6. Hand-On experience in VM platform. 7.
