*Requirements:*

   - Strong experience with web CMS systems, behavioral analytics and
   website targeting platforms; for instance: Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe
   Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Campaign
   - Bachelor's degree; advanced degree, Computer Science, Information
   Technology, Science or equivalent work experience
   - Seven to ten years of digital analytics experience with demonstrated
   success in key digital competencies and a track record of pragmatic
   innovation: web analytics, digital channel evaluation and campaign
   evaluation that spans strategy to execution.


   - Experience as a Business Analyst on at least 2 major Audience Manager
   , AEM and Target projects
   - Proven experience in eliciting requirements, creating user stories,
   test cases, and wireframes
   - Experienced in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
   using data visualization techniques and tools. Documenting systems design,
   creating specifications, flow charts, and other related diagrams based on
   user or system design specifications.
   - Advanced knowledge in generating process documentation
   - Excellent verbal, communication, presentation, and interpersonal
   skills; is a team player.
   - Very strong written skills showing the ability to convey details
   accurately in a well-structured and precise manner that describe end user
   problems and solutions.
