* Candidate must have 8+ yrs of experience.

*Required Skills:*

·          Must have five (5) years of experience with ASP.Net MVC

·          Experience integrating enterprise and departmental applications
using a variety of protocols and toolsets

·          Expert technical knowledge of and experience with enterprise web
application technologies including:

·          Microsoft tools and languages: C#, ASP.Net, Web Services, XML,
Javascript/AJAX

·          Database development technologies and platforms including:
relational database design, development, and performance considerations,
stored procedures, SQL expertise.

·          Principles of systems analysis, design, development, and support

·          Strong tSql skills

·          Strong background and wide breadth of knowledge related to
concepts, methods, programming languages, and tools for development,
integration, and support of enterprise, custom web based, and
client/server-based applications

·          Solid understanding and experience with software development
lifecycle, change management, and system reengineering processes and best
practices

·          5+ years of progressively responsible relevant work experience
as an enterprise application developer in the area of day-to-day design,
development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise
applications.

·          Web Security practices expertise required

·          Demonstrated thorough understanding of the principles of
technical and functional design of business requirements driven Web sites

·          Must have an in-depth knowledge of the capabilities of modern
browsers, a strong understanding of responsive design

·          Web UI Development Skills/Experience: Microsoft C# .Net/Razor,
.Net MVC 4+ (including building controllers, view models, and unit tests),
HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3+, JavaScript, jQuery, with demonstrably strong
UI/UX development focus.

·                    Ability to provide detailed knowledge and transfer
documentation about all the development work to SMUD staff.
