Minimum Education : Graduation in Technology, Post Graduation is nice to
have.



Minimum 5 to 6 yrs in Development using Java/J2EE

Minimum  Experience of 2 yrs in Agile, Kanban, Rally, Jira, Confluence and
Clarity.

Very Strong understanding of Agile SDLC

Minimum Experience of 2 yrs in leading the agile teams.

Experience in Estimation,  Planning and Coordination.

Should be an excellent E2E coordinator, Good  Team Player with excellent
Communication Skills.

Experience in interacting with Technical and Business Stakeholders  and
understand the blend between  business and Technology

Ability to understand the requirements and translate them to Business User
stories.

Ability to lead and manage the teams.



*Nice to Have*

Experience in SAFE Agile

Experience in Functional and Automation Testing

Experience in Business Analysis

Experience in Cards and Payments Line of Business in BFS Domain.

Experience in MQs , HTML, XML, Webservices, Microservices, Different web
and application servers

Agile Certification
