*Client-               Testing Tools Admin – Support Engineer*

Location-           Dallas, TX

Duration-          6+ Months,



*Required Skill-set and qualifications:*

1.     Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related field

*2.     5+ years of administration level experience in one or more tools
listed above*

*3.     Software development skills (such as Java, JEE, web services, REST)
is highly desirable.*

4.     Experience in deploying and supporting toolset for DevOps
environment will be a plus.

5.     Strong written and verbal communication Skills



*Responsibilities:*

1.     Day-to-Day administration including configuration, maintenance and
support the below tools. Tasks include – user account creation &
maintenance, workflows, reports, custom fields, troubleshooting tool issues
(access issues, crashes, performance etc.)

·         *HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)*

·         *HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT)*

·         *HP LoadRunner*

·         *Selenium Grid*

·         *Smartbear SoapUI*

·         *Micro Focus Silk Performer*

·         *Micro Focus Silk Central Test Manager*

·         *Micro Focus Silk Test*

·         *Cucumber*

·         *JMeter*

              *(the tools listed in bold are the important tools from the
support perspective)*

2.     Support IT teams in troubleshooting, maintenance of tool
infrastructure e.g. patching, clustering, load-balancing etc.

3.     Support IT Security team in Vulnerability assessments of new version
of the tools listed above -  primarily in terms of set-up, configuration,
troubleshooting etc.

4.     Support IT teams in set-up, configuration and integration of DevOps
tools (e.g. Cucumber) as required by various project teams.

5.     Identify and recommend best practices and solutions to enhance tool
support experience for the end-users.
