*Location: Atlanta, GA* *Interview Mode: Telephone/Skype* *EDUCATION*: BS in Math, Computer Science, or related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience *EXPERIENCE*: · Minimum one year’s experience in SAS programming · Minimum three years’ experience in OLTP system · Minimum three years’ experience in object-oriented programming in Python · Minimum five years’ experience working with data structures, data modeling *Competencies/Skills:* · AWS Certification preferred · Base SAS, SAS EG, SAS XML Mapper, SAS Macros, SAS/ODS · AWS tools: API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EC2, EMR, DynamoDB, S3, and Kinesis · Developing on Linux platform, Cron, shell scripting · Experience with a version controlled environment (GitHub preferred) · Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills *MAJOR RESPONSIBILTIES/ACTIVITIES:* · Gathers and processes raw, structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, from internal and external data providers via databases (PostgreSQL, DB2, Oracle, Microsoft SQL server), APIs, FTPs, and messaging services, using batch and real-time data processing frameworks. · Develop object-oriented ETL jobs to transform data in relational and NoSQL databases · Tune ETL performance and recommend on efficient I/O and resource utilization · Provide end customers operation-related data and reports via APIs, FTPs, and databases · Develop and manage OLTP system, with good understanding in a transaction’s lifecycle from inventory, order placement, order validation, order cancellation, order refund, order return, customer subscription, remarketing, and etc. · Manage and enhance data models for OLTP system and data warehouse · Develop audit trail to track real-time status of a transaction · Build visualized ETL data pipeline in open source tools such as Apache Airflow · Automate CI/CD workflow using framework such as serverless, terraform, Jenkins, etc. · Ensures data quality and implements tools and frameworks for automating the identification of data quality issues. · Establish best-practices for data engineer team, manage source code control environment and SDLC, and QA procedure · Provide guidance on application architecture · Strong communication and customer engagement skills Thanks & Regards Mounika recrui...@nityainc.com/nitya.recruit...@gmail.com -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel?
