HIL Test Planner Detroit, MI * Lead Vehicle and HIL test planning and tracking meeting * Lead Facility resource planning and issue tracking meeting * Lead Metrics tracking meeting * Track and Support procurement of Vehicle and HIL Test Laboratory resource requirement. * Work closely with SW Integration Engineers and Test engineers to plan, schedule and track validation * Work with Global HIL Laboratories to drive common methodologies and share best practices for Test planning, scheduling and operational excellence. * Develop methodologies and maintain Share point, or other cloud based technologies, to allow Real-time access to Test status and HIL rig utilization. * Meticulous and accurate Test planning and Tracking. * Support Equipment and ECU inventory management. * Plan to avoid Contingency while always being prepared to address any contingency quickly and efficiently. * Coordinate with SP&I teams to prioritize test activity. * Monitor Global Timing Planning System (GTPS) Test * Support non-program related test activity. * Create Excel scripts, access software planning tools like JIRA/Rally and use Data analytics tools like Alteryx - for creating real-time and accurate reporting of HIL related metrics. Qualification: * Bachelor's degree.
