*Location:* Chicago/ Oak Brook, IL

*Duration:* Long Term



*Required*


   - Functional expertise in Hybris commerce (SAP Product).
   - Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating
   detailed functional specs as well as other documentation like requirement
   traceability matrixes, work-flow diagrams, and use-cases.
   - Ability to lead team and client meetings and to clearly articulate the
   solution being developed with all the stakeholders.
   - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong
   presentation skills.
   - Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational
   skills.
   - Knowledge working the Agile Project with JIRA, Confluence, Kanban.



*Preferred*


   - Hybris BA certified.
   - Experience in an Agile environment. Assist with sprint planning.
   - Hands-on work on JIRA or similar tool.
   - Develop test strategy and testing plan to review the developed code
   for completeness and alignment with user stories and acceptance criteria.
