Job Title: Product Manager Location : Allen Park, MI
Duration : 6 Months Plus *Job Description:* *Looking for Product Manager along with below mentioned skills:* Product Manager that embraces lean and agile practices. The Product Manager will work in a small, cross-functional, and co-located team. The ProductManager will collaborate directly and continuously with software engineers and designers, and will release early and often. *Position Responsibilities* • Work closely with customer departments to understand their product vision and break it down into an actionable backlog of user stories for the development team. • Work hands-on with the development team and other stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and deliver software and infrastructure that meets client requirements. • Help customer teams to understand iterative development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization. • Work with design resources (internal and/or external) to ensure timely delivery of designs and assets to the development team. • Mentor and train other PMs to help them learn agile/XP methods and build skills. • Identify potential success stories and share with communications team. • Help innovate and iterate on agile PM processes and share our learnings. *Required Skills* • *6+ years of Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, or Project Manager experience.* *• Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features.* *• Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others.* *• Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making.* *• Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and Business Partners.* *• Experience with CA Agile Central (Rally) or similar Agile Tools.* *• Experience with Lean methodology.* *Desired Skills* • In vehicle and/or connected vehicle subject matter expertise • Previous success working with an agile development team. • Background in design or software development. • Experience with Test-Driven Development, Paired Programming.
