Duration : 12 months Contract : C2C *Job Description* As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of CP Marketplace partners. You will work with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Partner Management and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for CP partners. You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. *Qualifications* ● Strong technical knowledge of a cloud technology platform (any of *AWS, Azure or GCP*). MUST be certified. ● Trouble shoot cloud API issues reported by customer ● Experience with Cloud Virtualization and Container *Kubernetes* knowledge ● Coordination with engineering teams to discuss customer issues, feature enhancements, bug fixes and involve engineering to participate in troubleshooting ● Excellent written, communication and management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technology solutions. ● Ability to present technical materials effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and engage effectively with executives of large enterprises on both technical and non-technical matters.
