*LOCATIONS: Sacramento, CA* *RATE: DOE* *POSITONS : 2* *Salesforce Business Analyst* · Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate business process analysis, gather requirements and map them to solutions that leverage salesforce functionality · Very good knowledge of marketing processes coupled with overall CRM understanding. · Create and manage user stories for marketing cloud implementation · Hands on exposure to Salesforce marketing cloud application · Perform Salesforce marketing cloud application demonstration to customer periodically · Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and with external vendors to achieve project goals · Guide best practices for overall functionality, mobile strategies, workflow, data validation and analytics · Stay current with the periodic Salesforce releases and leverage the updates applicable to the organization · Be part of a fast-paced agile scrum team and participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects · Coordinate efforts of both internal and external teams to source any required information · Salesforce certifications will be beneficial, especially within Marketing Cloud.
