Must Have:

*       Siebel configuration, Assignment Manager, EIM, Workflows, Business
Services, eScript
*       Siebel Open UI
*       Using EAI, VBC, web services, MSMQ
*       One of the vertical application e.g. eService, eChannel, eSales,
eMarketing
*       Siebel-CRM Server Administration, IIS, Java-scripting, HTML, CSS
*       Siebel Call Center.

Beneficial if have knowledge of following (not mandatory)

*       Siebel Out of the Box adapters, web services, VBC, EBC and JMS
queues 
*       Strong knowledge of the Siebel Data Model, Databases, MSSQL Server 
*       Siebel Marketing experience

Roles & Responsibilities 

*       Design the software system, describing the specifications in
technical terms: 

*       Select algorithms, theories or technologies that will be used
*       Plan appropriate user interface
*       Identify and manage dependencies with other components
*       Code, compile and run unit tests according to Implement processes
and Metrics (KPIs)
*       Ensure knowledge sharing within the team about the developments
*       Improve code quality up to the Last Build, to reach the defined
quality metrics (component metrics, product metrics .)
*       Resolution of incidents reports (IRs) reported by the Technical
Customer Support or by Product QA teams.

.         Keep abreast of the latest technological developments, understand
the requirements of our development partners, know about competing products,
look ahead for future products, technologies, languages, etc

For Siebel Admin JD:

*       In-depth knowledge of Siebel Enterprise servers.
*       Familiarity with Siebel Marketing servers including ESD, BHD, CTD
*       Knowledge of Siebel architecture.
*       Good knowledge of Load balancing techniques.
*       Hands on knowledge of fine tuning windows servers, Siebel components
and component groups.
*       In-depth understanding of Siebel IP 2015, DAC, Infomatica, OBIEE,
LDAP.
*       Good knowledge of MSSQL database and RDBMS features.
*       In-depth understanding of Windows 2008/2012 OS features and related
administration tools and utilities.
*       In-depth knowledge of OBIEE administration and OBIEE 11g
environment.
*       ETL and Data warehousing applications and processes.
*       Good knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence.
*       Ability to debug and resolve complex issues related Siebel
enterprise and servers.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

*       Install, configure, tune and administer Siebel Enterprise, Servers,
Component Groups and Components in a Windows, IIS, MSSQL environment
*       Migrate Code (SRF, repository, non srf items) to various
environments
*       Apply application upgrades and patches to existing Siebel
Enterprises
*       Apply Siebel best practices in the administration and tuning of
Siebel systems
*       Monitor Siebel environment and address system or performance issues
*       Evaluate Siebel CRM and RDBMS features and related products.
*       Load balance various components across multiple servers.
*       Process and respond to Siebel error messages.
*       Troubleshoot Siebel performance issues.
*       Install and configure OBIEE 11g environment
*       Install and configure Informatica and DAC
*       Proven experience in Oracle Business Intelligence and OBIEE
Administration
*       Understand the standard of best practices in BI administration
environment
