*Long Term Contract* *Client: Capgemini/ Smith and Nephew.* *Job Description:* *Experience Band: 6-8 years with minimum 5 years of experience with Hardware/Firmware/Software Verification and Validation* · Senior level V&V Test Engineer with solid understanding of hardware and software verification techniques for medical or other regulated systems. · This position will be responsible for test development and execution of new test approaches which emulate interfaces, inject failures and verify requirements at a variety of software integration levels. · You will utilize your proficiency in C/C++, operating systems, and experience with networking devices. · You will work closely with other senior technical team members, particularly in software, to ensure that system software requirements/designs meet overall system requirements. *Essential Job Functions:* · Test planning and development for new medical device with communication / networking applications · Preparation of written design, specification, and verification documents · Thorough understanding of creating test protocols for verifying firmware and software requirements · Ability to create test automation infrastructure, and plan for automated regression testing · Experience with embedded RTOS and knowledge of C and C++ · Ability to work with QA to ensure testing meets Quality and Regulatory needs · Ability to manage, track and upgrade multiple hardware and software configurations · Ability to work with Systems, Mechanical, Electrical and Software engineers when discovering, documenting, and resolving integration issues · Provides technical support to other groups as required to bring a product successfully through commercialization · Support suppliers with Test solutions *Hands-on and demonstrated design experience in one or more of the following areas:* · Five+ years of software engineering experience required · Embedded design (Microprocessor/Microcontroller based) · Experience with FDA Good Manufacturing Practice · Including FDA Guidance on Software Development. · Experience with design controls in the medical device industry · Experience with productivity tools, Microsoft Office, etc. · Experience with Labview Please email us your resumes to recrui...@nityainc.com/nitya.recru...@gmail.com Thanks & Regards Mounika recrui...@nityainc.com -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel?
