*Role: - Quality Assurance Engineer *

*Exp:- 5+ years *

*Location:- Hammonton, NJ *

*Interview Logistics: - Phone Screen followed by an In Person Interview *

*Education Required:- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience *



Responsibilities:



The Quality Analyst will be responsible for implementing test approaches
and test plans to test application enhancements and changes against
documented business requirements and user stories, in a manner which
results in a high quality solution meeting the functional and
non-functional requirements of the user base.

Work closely with designers, developers, and business SMEs to effectively
assure delivery of a quality project

Support continuous improvement of team quality management practices, such
as defect management, continuous integration, integration testing, and
testing automation.



Required Skills and Experience:-



Strong customer and business focus

Strong communication skills

Experience developing testing artifacts, such as test plans and test cases

Experience testing software systems

Experience with user-centered design and usability testing

Experience with Client Quality Center

Understanding of Oracle RDMS and SQL

Experience working with a software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology

Experience operating within teams using the Agile SCRUM process



Additional Preferred Skills-



Manual/Functional Testing experience with Workday

Manual/Functional Testing experience with CC&B and/or Maximo

Automation and/or Performance Testing experience a plus

Utilities industry experience a plus



Project Description:



Will work in support of multiple workstreams and technologies for an
organization who recently acquired (2) smaller companies.



Physical Environment and Working Conditions:



Ability to work onsite in Hammonton, NJ Mon-Fri/40 hours per week is highly
preferred
