*Location: Downtown Dayton, OH* *Visa Status: GC/GC EAD/USC* *References required on submittal* *Nature of Work:* • Developing workflows, enhancing user interface, upgrading modules, integrating with other apps (Service Now, SAP), creating access reviews, and establishing roles with default levels of access *Top Skillsets:* · Microsoft *SQL Development* Experience. · Experience working with *SQL server integration services (SSIS)* · C# .net Framework Development Experience · EDI or other data transfer format experience · Asp.net Development Experience · Experience authoring and consuming web services. · Javascript Development experience. · Service now and SAP experience is highly preferred · Healthcare insurance experience is highly preferred · MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS *Job Responsibilities:* • Design, code, test, and analyst software programs • Mentor and help architect system design through coordination with the business and IT including researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specification throughout the product lifecycle • Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required • Mentor other developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications • Plan phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for a variety of projects • Assist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifications • Research and document requirements of software users • Assist and contribute to the Architectural Council on all software solutions designed or purchased at Client • Assist PM/SQA and other groups coordinate developers and projects to completion • Clarify and drive team goals on a technical level making sure that the solutions proposed and designed are in line with the department and CareSource vision • Conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts • Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades • Assist the Architectural Council with technical knowledge regarding emerging technologies to help drive strategy • Assist management with resource and release planning • Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications • Define architecture and design for enterprise applications • Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas • Lead projects from a development standpoint and coordinate activities with the developer teams as needed • Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines • Assist in software deployment as required based on build specification • Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems • Manage and/or provide guidance to junior and mid-level software developers and research assistants • Perform technical code reviews of peers to ensure proper coding methodology is being adhered to *Please email us your resumes to recrui...@nityainc.com/nitya.recru...@gmail.com <http://recrui...@nityainc.com/nitya.recru...@gmail.com>* *Thanks & Regards* *Mounika* *recrui...@nityainc.com <recrui...@nityainc.com>* -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel?
