*Duration: 6-12 months* *Must have* - Scrum Certified - Finance Background - *Experience in long terms projects. Customer has rejected candidates with short-term projects.* *Responsibilities:* - Lead daily stand-up meetings to follow up on activities status, accomplishments and roadblocks - Identify and write epics, stories, tasks and aid in the process of prioritization - Work with multiple business and technology stakeholders on clarifying the multiple activities and ensure follow through - Work with the Distributed applications vice president on conducting the products backlog refinement, sprint planning sessions, release schedule, Agile process development improvement and risk management activities - Own, maintain, carry and feed the distributed applications product backlog - Plan, lead and execute bi-monthly and off-cycle release activities - Lead meetings among multiple stakeholders to clarify requirements, technical design and execution plans as needed - Conduct weekly triage defects identification meetings and ensure closure - Write business requirement documents, functional specification documents, traceability matrix and any other project related documentation as required. - Proficient on the utilization of Agile project management tools like JIRA - Participate on Performance Testing planning and execution meetings and follow through execution - Participate on vulnerability management activities and ensure execution is correctly identified and planned for - Work with UAT team on clarifying test execution, UAT test cases and follow through on planning and assigning defects to development team to ensure closure - Maintain the release calendar including patches, releases and any other activities. *Required Skills:* - Minimum 5 years in Providing Agile Scrum Master responsibilities including project tracking and end to end project facilitation. Knowledge of agile development projects. - Hands experience working on Microsoft office skills. Experience working on JIRA/Confluence/Clarity or other job/resource tracking tools helpful. - Ability to Negotiate, influence and collaborate to build successful relationships. - Minimum 5 years of business system analysis experience, business systems design experience or a combination of both. - Minimum 5 Years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements. - Minimum 7 years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners. - Knowledge and understanding of global financing services, products and banking norms. - Experience working as Business Analyst in Agile projects. Certified Scrum Master. - Excellent Verbal, Written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Experience articulating a complex problem, design to business & technical teams. Experience capturing and documenting complex and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps or buisness processes.
