* Position: Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst* *Location: Irvine, CA*
*Contract: 3-6 months (possible extension or conversion)* *Interview: Phone and Skype* *No H1B* *Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, and Einstein Analytics* Manage system implementations and project deployments to build out and maintain the Company’s front office system infrastructure. You will also work on a growing team responsible for the ongoing administration of these systems, including but not limited to Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, and Einstein Analytics. You will provide technical strategy and direction to ensure that our SaaS business applications remain aligned with business requirements. You will also serve as one of the primary contacts for support, maintenance, configuration, reporting, and training. *WHAT YOU WILL DO* • Develop and execute project plans for system implementations and project deployments following the Company’s SDLC best practices. • Facilitate and define project requirements; identify project milestones and phases; conduct process mapping workshops and document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases. • Propose and win support for optimum solution designs, engaging technical or business specialists as needed • Negotiate and land decisions with stakeholders across functions • Create and maintain application and architectural design documents leveraging Salesforce.com and application development best practices. • Work on a team to manage company’s growing number of business processes and tasks, including system administration, reporting and dashboards. • Develop, implement and improve data quality management processes. • Manage cross-functional team resources and vendor resources when needed. • Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues • Liaise between business users and the IT organization; balance requirements and resources to solve business problems *WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR* • BA/BS Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience implementing, configuring and administering SaaS business systems for a software company (required). • Ability to manage and prioritize projects in fast-paced environment, preferably with experience of agile delivery methods • Salesforce Administrator & Advanced Administrator Certifications • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, eco-system and best-practices • Strategic thinking with tactical project planning and management skills • Analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving expertise • Demonstrated ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, strong understanding of databases, and experience with agile development tools such as the Atlassian suite strongly preferred • Solid understanding of business process covering the areas of Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success Please email us your resumes to recrui...@nityainc.com/nitya.recru...@gmail.com Thanks & Regards Mounika recrui...@nityainc.com -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel?
