*Title: Java ADF Developer/ Oracle ADF Developer* Location: Rockville, MD
Duration: Long Term Interview: F2F preferred but can-do Skype if necessary. *Day to day work will include:* · Responsible for the planning and engineering of the Data Exchange infrastructure · Work closely with Agile development teams to ensure development needs are being met. · Develop, Code or modify, test, and debug application programs of varying degree of complexity. · Perform quality control, trouble shooting, code review and standard data validation practices prior to production release. · Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments · Maintain formalized best practices and standards and ensure their enforcement · Work with business users to develop and implement acceptance tests to ensure that product meets customer requirements and expectations. · Implement recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards. *Skills Requirements:* · Proven experience with large-scale software development projects · Experience designing and developing ADF Business Components, ADF Controller life cycle, ADF Faces, ADF Security, ADF Task Flows · Experience designing and developing ADF user interface, using layouts, UI components to build an aesthetic web application · Experience of programmatic extensions to ADF business components framework · Experience with Oracle WebCenter Content and integration with WebCenter Portal · Good understanding of ADF UI layout, creating custom skins for usage in ADF applications, knowledge of mapping CSS attributes to ADF faces components using ADF skin editor, with experience in JavaScript, jQuery (or similar JavaScript library), AngularJS, ExtJS, HTML and CSS · Basic knowledge of Oracle OSB and SOA suite · Experience with Agile practices · Experience working directly with customers to discuss their requirements and objectives · Ability to prioritize, status, and multitask *Desired Qualifications:* · Proven Experience with National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) · FDA experience and domain knowledge *Education: *Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 7 years of professional experience.
