*Responsibilities:*

•           Define solutions (metrics, designs, recommendations) to monitor
and drive business operational processes

•           Partner with consumers, performers, and source system teams to
analyze, internalize and translate metrics to develop:

o          key dimensions indicative of operational performance

o          effective visualizations to demonstrate performance

o          data quality impacts and requirements

o          aggregation frameworks for shifting from high-level to detailed
viewpoints

o          clear metrics definitions and glossary for socialization

o          negative test scenarios validating data inputs and process
performance

•           Own the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance
and solution for BAU monitoring

•           Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and
delivery of technical information and documentation

•           Interfaces with Product Management, customers, external
consultants and information technology

•           Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business
functional areas



*Qualifications:*

•           Bachelor's Degree or higher in fields such as Business,
Computer Science, Information Systems, and Engineering or military
experience

•           Fluent with Python and SQL languages

•           Able to query SQL database and reconcile metrics against
production data, as well as research variances

•           Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels and
with both business and technical constituents

•           Proven ability to lead a diverse group towards resolution when
faced with ambiguous situations

•           Strong in Tableau, BIRST, or other data visualization tools
