*Hope you are doing good* *Please let me know if you have anyone available for below position* *Data Warehouse Expert* *Richmond, VA 23219* *12+ Months* *F2F Interview * This is a unique role where you will be assisting with the implementation and development of data warehouse-based solutions as part of the Data Warehouse Team. The team is comprised of both State and contracted workers and includes project managers and State subject matter experts as well as Teradata and web developers, data modelers, DBAs, business analysts, report developers, and help desk analysts. You will support the development and management of the agency data warehouse, including, but not limited to, public and secured data applications, ETL tools, and relational databases. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and developing SQL which will be used by analysts to interact with agency data in a Teradata environment. Primary Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze business requirements • Complete inventory of all Agency data sources and business processes from an IT perspective • Review the data warehouse infrastructure design and offer solutions • Review the MMIS infrastructure design and offer suggestions and insight to vendor • Review the infrastructure designs of MES components and analyze the impact of each on the data warehouse solution • Assist with the review of all technical specifications and design documents associated the data warehouse solution • Review and test the integration of data in the data warehouse/data marts and Business Intelligence solutions • Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with programmers, analysts, immediate supervisor, management, system users, operations, other State agencies and the private sector. • Able to work independently • Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
