Job description is below.

§             Design, code, test and analyze software programs
§             Mentor and help design systems solutions through coordination
with the business and IT including research, design, documenting and
modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle
§             Analyze and amend software errors in a timely manner and
provide status reports when required
§             Mentor other developers, analysts and designers in
conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications
§             Plan phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for
a variety of projects
§             Assist in the preparation and documentation of software
requirements and specifications
§             Research and document requirements of software users
§             Contribute to the Architectural Council on all software
solutions designed or purchased at CareSource

Education / Experience:

·         Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or software
engineering, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required
·         Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in computer science or
software engineering is required
·         Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Project Management is
required
·         Minimum of seven (7) years of advance OOP principles and design
experience is required
·         Minimum of one (1) years of experience leading a development team
is required
·         Experience developing and designing n-tier applications with
multi-tier architectures is required
