This person will work on configuration of ServiceNow Service Management module and use the orchestration capabilities of the platform. The external IT tool work will be completed by the respective IT service team. Work includes testing, quality assurance, maintenance and documentation of solutions. This individual has knowledge of iteration development using Agile/SCRUM. The ideal candidate should have the following. · Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the configuration of modules such as ITSM and Orchestration · Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the modification of the core platform, workflows, business rules, UI components, ACLs, catalog items and updates · Skilled in operating system scripting and debugging for common platforms: Windows and Linux · Participated in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production · Proven history of providing technical support during all phases of project delivery.
