I am in search of a few genuine "*Big Data Hadoop Developer*” for a
contract with one of our client. Below is the brief description about the
role.



*Job Title          : Big Data Hadoop Developer*

*Location           : Bentonville, AR*

*Term                : Long Term*

*Experience       : 6-8 Yrs*



*Job Description:*

• 6+ years software development experience in multiple languages
(Scala/Java/Python ).

• 3+ years Big data development experience

• Must have expertise in the use of SQL/HQL/NoSQL

• Strong experience with SPARK,Scala, Kafka,

• Strong experience with Oozie

• Strong experience with NoSQL data modelling with Cassandra/Hbase/MongoDB
etc.

• Solid experience with OLAP, NoSQL and MPP/columnar database technologies

• Ability to perform data related benchmarking, performance analysis and
tuning

• Strong skills in In-memory applications, Database Design, Data
Integration, ETL and MPP Architecture.

• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing & BI Concepts.

• Experience writing shell scripts using (ksh, bash, perl or python).

• Experience with Pivotal Greenplum , SAP Hana, Teradata is desirable.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Need to bring in Thought Leadership and be Innovative.

• Need to Keep Pace with latest trends and technologies in Analytics and
Visualization area.
