*Required*

1.            Demonstrated experience with X12/837-835 claims transactions,
batch file loads, warehouse operations

2.            Proactive, skilled communicator, with the proven capacity to
lead team SDLC efforts

3.            Lead experience with matrixed project delivery team

4.            5-7 yrs experience with Healthcare IT

5.            5-7 yrs data profiling – SQL server, Ultraedit, Erwin

6.            3-5 yrs experience managing matrix organization projects
(soliciting requirements/user stories, holding JADs, working with
developers)

7.            Experience working with ETL developers (Informatica)

8.            Experience with developing test cases on Teradata/SQL
Server/Oracle for ETL, file transfers, and data loads/staging.

*Optional*

1.            PMP and Agile certifications a plus

2.            Agile Certifications a plus

3.            Experience with healthcare industry standard data sets:
NCPDP, HL7, JSON
