*Duration: 3-6 Months Contract*

*REQUIRED SKILLS :*




*Linux Docker, Chef, or Puppet*
*OpenStack*, *AWS, Azure,* or other cloud provider platform experience
*Docker, Tomcat or Jetty, Cassandra, Riak, HAProxy, PowerDNS, Jenkins* *or
RabbitMQ*





*POSITION OVERVIEW:*



*Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:*

   - Design, develop, and build infrastructure, focusing on a fully
   automated Linux environment
   - Create Docker scripts for managing lower environment non-application
   infrastructure (Cassandra, Kafka, etc)
   - Create the ability to do zero downtime deployments in lower
   environments



*What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?*

·         8+ years with *Linux environments*

·         2+ years’ experience using automation tools (*Docker, Chef,
Puppet*, etc)

·         2+ years’ experience with cloud providers/technologies (*OpenStack,
AWS, Azure*, etc).

·         Experience implementing technologies like Docker, Tomcat or *Jetty,
Cassandra, Riak, HAProxy*, PowerDNS, *Jenkins, RabbitMQ, Apache Zookeeper,
Apache* Solr

*What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be
successful in this role?*

·         Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills,
customer service and interpersonal skills.

·         Work independently and with a team

·         Adapt to changing work priorities

·         - Ability to work with little supervision
