*REQUIRED SKILLS :*

Need Sr level with *Design experience*. Architecture knowledge.
SalesForce.com APEX, Visualforce, Sharing and Security concepts, *Javascript,
AngularJS, ReactJS, or VueJS*

*JOB DESCRIPTION :*

Client wants someone who does Development, but also understands why they’re
doing it, and how what they’re doing effects the rest of the system. They
should be able to analyze requirements and push back on Architects, if
needed. If asked why he did something in a particular way, the Developer
says it was designed that way by the Architect, he’ll be ruled out.

 *Examples*

If there is a project with a lot of API calls, why was it designed that
way? Why did you use that type of API? What challenges will you see as the
systems grows? Could you do anything differently that would be an
improvement?

His current team needs constant direction, and he does not have time for
that. He needs someone that can help drive development and give the team
direction.

*REQUIREMENTS*
• Needs someone that is able to do design work, as well as hands-on
development.
• Ability to teach best practices around Salesforce development and make
recommendations
• Experience on the Eclipse IDE development platform
• Salesforce Development – Apex and Visualforce
• UI Development experience

*o Javacript o either AngularJS, ReactJS, or VueJS*
• Agile Methodology experience and be a part of the Scrum team
• Experience using Rally (now known as “CA Agile Central”)

*NICE-TO-HAVES*
• HTML5
• CSS3





*TOP REQUIREMENTS: *

·         Solid knowledge of *Salesforce APEX *language.

·         Good understanding of *OOP concepts* and design patterns.

·         Worked on *Agile Methodology* and experience on *Eclipse IDE or
any IDE*



*What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be
detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily
basis)*

·         Develop the User Stories from Rally in APEX language. - Attend
Scrums and part of Scrum team.

·         Guide / suggest other team members on best approaches.

·         Participate in code reviews and design sessions.

·         Act as Salesforce expert for the team.
