Strong customer service experience including documentation and training skills. *Must Haves : * · At least 7 years of experience with Salesforce. · *Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Einstein Analytics (also called Wave) experience* is essential in supporting and developing ongoing use of these products in numerous business initiatives. · Strong analytic skills are essential in mining data - understand relational database fundamentals and demonstrate experience with SQL and reporting tools. Experience in mining data, developing analysis and presenting findings. · Ability to work within a team-centric, fast paced work environment and able to multi-task, set priorities, work independently and proactively with limited direction, solve complex problems and work effectively under the pressures of multiple competing deadlines *Plus : * · Financial Force · Demand Tools and other CRM Fusion products *Day to Day : * · This candidate will focus on three areas. First and foremost, they will support the Marketing Cloud projects and ongoing support. · Specific experience with Marketing Cloud Connector, Import Activities, Data Extensions, Journey Builder and AMPScript helpful. Secondly, they will triage issues around Salesforce Sales Cloud used by ExEd for running their day to day business.
