This role is for a true UX professional that probably started their career as a graphic designer then to interaction designer.* *Job Description* · We are looking for a user experience designer with expertise in mobile-first and/or web responsive design to help to enhance digital/website experiences. · The individual will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders to translate the business needs of revamping various website properties into sitemaps and wireframes. · The UX designer will report to the VP, Marketing & Direct Sales Support and will also collaborate with and take direction from other project stakeholders. · The candidate MUST have a portfolio of previous work that they can share with the client. The ideal candidate will be able translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences. Facilitate end product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital properties. · Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. *Job Requirement* - Five or more years of UX design experience - Must have a portfolio of showing your process - Must have experience taking business needs to prototype to visual design - Must have the ability to interact with executive level partners and explain your approach to UX, how you communicate those needs and process. - Expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like is a must. - Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are desired - Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet the needs and vision. - Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. - Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. - IDEALLY WOULD LOVE SOMEONE THAT has experience designing UX on the SalesForce platform - Creating Mobile Dashboards/Reporting Views is HIGHLY Desired - Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients *Nice to Have:* - A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design. - Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval. - Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. - Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
