The ideal candidate has a combination of technical and project management
skills and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that is team
centric and highly collaborative. We are looking for experienced candidates
who have proven track records of being solution and delivery focused, and
who can lead strategic, cross-functional, business facing and technical
initiatives.
The candidate will be an experienced Agile Practitioner , have excellent
logic and problem solving skills and a visible drive to make a difference.
We need an individual that puts the team before themselves.
The scrum master will be responsible one or two agile scrum teams in a
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. The role is responsible for
acting as scrum master in accordance with duties set for the by the Scrum
Alliance; focusing on removing blockers/impediments for their team while
promoting self-management, and constantly maximizing the value created by
our development teams.

Qualifications

·         Must have 7+ years experience in a software development
environment.

·         Must have 3+ years of Scrum Master experience.

·         Must possess a BA/BS in technical field. E.g EE, Computer Science

·         *Certified Scrum Master (CSM)*

·         *Rail Domain experience*
