Proven Hands-on (NetSuite) implementation experience required
Strong accounting experience
Strong experience in business process and internal controls
Problem solving capability
They need someone with a Finance and Accounting background who can assist
NetSuite and the users during the implementation.
They will essentially be doing implementation support, working with F&A
department directly helping them.
NetSuite will be doing all of the technical work while they work the
functional aspect of it.
This role is to work on behalf of the client during a brand-new NetSuite
ERP implementation to ensure the implementation being performed by Systems
Integrator will meet the business objectives and requirements.
Consultant will assist the Finance team with all the necessary finance
tasks during ERP implementation, including:
Map out the desired business process for the NetSuite ERP implementation
Assess ERP implementation business process for weaknesses & gaps and
recommend remediation or business process improvements, as necessary
Advise team with NetSuite best practices to streamline business process
Design and prepare test cases and support the Finance team in testing for
acceptance
Ensure business requirements are met when ERP goes live
Prepare chart of accounts and account mapping
Perform data clean up and validation for migration
Ability to work independently or in a team as required on the assigned
tasks and be responsive to the tasks
Proactively discuss the open issues/tickets and take the responsibility of
finding solutions in a timely manner.
