*UAT Test Management Analyst* Testing Analyst II - Exempt (6986826) Location: Owings Mills MD Duration: 6 months Key Skills: UAT Test Management DW Testing experience Testing Microstrategy reports The Testing Analyst II in this position will assist in coordinating User Acceptance Testing across two projects: 1) Consumer Cutover for the Investment Data Warehouse and 2) Report Replatforming. The expectations for the person in this role are as follows: • Ability to manage multiple business unit teams in UAT • Work with business units on the documentation of UAT Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Scripts • Partner with business and technology teams to leverage application knowledge to assist business units in coordinating test strategies, plans and schedules • Maintain quality standards and processes to ensure entry/exit criteria are met for the UAT phase • Documentation of UAT Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Scripts in ALM • Train Business Users in the use of ALM for User Acceptance Testing and Consumer Cutover • Report UAT results, test metrics, etc. to the Project Test Lead, Project Team and the various stakeholders • Participates in defect management of UAT and Consumer Cutover defects with the project management team to ensure defects are fixed in a timely manner in order facilitate the timely completion of UAT and/or Consumer Cutover • Interact with stakeholders including project test lead, project managers, business analyst, and developers to gain understanding of various applications and system requirements • Manage Consumer Cutover and UAT reporting for project stakeholders • Serve as liaison with business units to facilitate resolution of data and application defects • Reviews project schedules to ensure timely test execution of UAT within established timeframe • Collaborates with testing staff and project team members to exchange information and to respond to requests in a timely manner • Evaluates testing processes and methods to ensure consistency based upon standards • Assists in maintaining standard test methods and procedures to verify business applications • Recommends modifications to standard testing processes to improve quality and effectiveness • Updates appropriate documents and communicates test methods to ensure compliance and to share knowledge • Applies methodology and processes with technology and tools to improve quality and efficiency Start Time: 8:30 AM Additional Job Details: • College degree and 4-6 years of related work experience, • Excellent Written and Verbal Communications skills • UAT Management Experience • HP ALM experienced required • Basic SQL Skills desired • Financial Experience/Knowledge desired • Business Objects and/or Microstrategy experience desired • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Thanks & Regards, *Mohammad Sazid* *Email*: saz...@r2techcorp.com *Direct:* 470-242-7345 ex *301* *Work*: 248-522-7855|*Fax:* (248) 479-5559 *R2 Technologies GA LLC* 6515 Shiloh Rd, Unit 110, Alpharetta,GA 30005 -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel?
