I confess i got some formulae from here, and noted them down to design my workbook, as a guide to help me design this workbook. Then i tried to prepare Thai Hotel bookings and got stuck especially time when the stay is for 2 or more days, & Easter supplements also. The supplementary VIP ,Bestview & Normal further complicates the costings.
I have also placed summarised smaller tables for bookings at top of worksheet., maybe a VLOOKUP(lookupvalue,array,col,1) function may help ?? The other lenghtly work done below the summarised tables is my own effort. I took all days in the year and placed them aside the rates. Maybe MLOOKUP is applicable here ? I don't know. Any help is appreciated !! -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel? And do you wanna be? It’s =TIME(2,DO:IT,N:OW) !
