nivel local  \a 14 iunie 1925 s-a publicat legea pentru unificarea teritoriului 
Legea a definitivat procesul organizarii administtative unitare a tarii  
contribuind la integrarea deplina a teritoriilor nou unite cu tara. Romania era 
impartita  astfel  in judete  conduse de prefecti  acestea in plasi  conduse de 
pretori si  cele din urma  in comune urbane  resedinte de municipii sau ne 
resedinte de municipii  comune rurale si sate conduse de primari.
