This can be done fairly easily with VBA:Sub CopyCells()

If (Rng.Interior.Color = 49407) Then
nRow = nRow + 1
Sheets("Sheet1").Cells(nRow, "A").Value = Rng.Value
End If
Next Rng
End Sub
I don't know that it can be done "at the same time" within Excel.
