sase ani care separa lumea de instalarea
 puterii
fasciste in Germania au fost caracterizati
   deci
de adancirea prapastiei dintre vorbele si
 faptele
     Marilor
Puteri. Astfel  s-au consumat splendide  dar
formale actiuni pacifiste de interes general
     precum
       Pactul Briand-Kellogg   27 august
1928   prin care razboiul era interzis ca
       instrument de reglementare a intereselor
   nationale
     63
de state participante   si Protocolul de la
Moscova   semnat de vecinii europeni ai
URSS  la 9 februarie 1929  care se obligau
 sa-l
puna in aplicare imediat  inainte chiar ca
     ratificarea

intreaga epoca moderna. Desigur  generatia marilor
  clasici  Eminescu  Creanga  Caragiale
optiunea stilistica  deloc omogena  cateodata de-a
dreptul modernista. Totusi  chiar daca in constiinta
explozie a culturii  de difuzare a ei in toate mediile
sociale  in care societatea romaneasca isi edifica -
vizibila a icebergului cultural romanesc. Aparitia acestui
fenomen isi afla suficiente argumente in plan istoric
  obligativitatea invatamantului primar  miscarea
Deloc neglijabila in
generarea acestui fenomen  de patrundere a culturii in
societati culturale  cauza  dar  in acelasi
ocazional  pana la marile cotidiene citite in intreaga
  tara.
