I really don't think you're going to be able to do that.It would be kind-of
dangerous if you could.
The Region and Language settings aren't "Microsoft Office" settings, but
Windows Environment settings.That is to say, they apply to the entire Windows
Environment, not to any specific application (Like Word, Excel, etc.)
If Microsoft were to allow a VBA script running in Excel to modify the Windows
Environment, then it would provide a simple method for hackers to modify OTHER
windows environment settings (like firewalls, and other security settings?)
That's not to say that someone hasn't found a way, but I actually hope it isn't
