Hello There, The number of skilled professionals are exponentially increasing and it becomes very difficult to locate the right candidate. Under such scenario, it is extremely time consuming process to call each and every candidate only to find out that the particular candidate is no longer looking for change. There might also be instances when you might have skipped contacting the candidate who are actively seeking jobs.
EMDB bridges effectively bridges the gap between the recruiters and job seekers. Candidates upon registering with EMDB get a unique EMDB ID against which they update their availability status to either ‘Available’ or ‘Unavailable’. Before short listing a candidate’s profile you can check his/her availability status from EMDB and take it to the next level if the candidate is ‘Available’. Alternatively, if the candidate is ‘Unavailable’ you can choose to follow the candidate to get notified when his/her status changes to ‘Available’. This way the complex recruitment process can be simplified using EMDB. Click here <https://www.employeemasterdatabase.com/recruiterregister.php> to register with EMDB.
