*Job Title:* System’s Analyst

*Location:* Minneapolis, MN

*Job Type:* 6 month C2H (GC OR USC ONLY)



*Mode of Interview:* Phone and Face to Face

*Client:* Optum



*NOTE FROM THE CLIENT : *Candidate should have knowledge in finance and
integration. Candidate should have knowledge in rational requisite pro,
Visio. Candidate should know SQL very well. Candidate should have knowledge
in Medicare , Medicaid and Obama care. That's all about it.



*Responsibilities:*

·         Manage requirements for infrastructure (environments, network,
etc.) to guarantee all release environments are ready and consistent

·         Analyzing all aspects of the existing infrastructure and
recommending modifications that will enhance system reliability,
availability, serviceability and scalability

·         Manage Internal and or on-site and delivery center-based client
releases , including application changes, database changes, and environment
configuration changes.

·         Engage business and IT partners on release status, issues,
schedule and scope. Ensure everyone required is actively participating.

·         Positions are business specialists and technology generalists
that manage, direct and interface with business clients.

·         Lead process with respective teams (DBA , Infrastructure , Prod
Support , MOCC , Optum , Application team , SiteMinder , Reporting , AVV ,
QA , eBiz ) to manage all user requests in timely manner.

·         Ensure readiness of all environments for releases.

·         Organize and lead deployment meetings with both technical and
non-technical (i.e., customer) teams

·         Help develop and implement detailed release plans for both
scheduled and unscheduled releases.

·         Proactively identify opportunities, conduct analyses, needs
assessments, cost/benefit assessments and broker other IS services.
Includes those involved in release management.

·         Address customer queries promptly and professionally.

·         Meet with client business owners and internal executives to
deliver status and represent the deliverables

·         Focuses on IT projects, not for use as project management in
non-IT roles.

·         Manage requirements for infrastructure (environments, network,

·         Managing projects around systems and data architecture

·         Managing cross-functional interdependencies

·         Improving processes to optimize performance and value over time

·         Providing risk management and issue/problem resolution as required

·         Serving as a Technical Lead (and team player) on large, complex
middleware integration projects

·         Providing administration support for various middleware
components by participating in install configuration and patching activities

·         Assisting in application code deployments, performance tuning to
maintain system stability, as well as troubleshooting to capture incident
data and analyze for root cause analysis

·         Work independently (and with the team) to drive execution of
daily work, mentor junior members of the team and provide education on new
technologies or processes as needed

·         Improving processes to optimize performance and value over time

·         Providing risk management and issue/problem resolution as required

·         Anticipating issues and acting proactively to address potential
issues

·         Develops innovative approaches.

·         Sought out as expert.

·         Serves as a leader/ mentor.

·         Responsible for multiple projects simultaneously. These will be
capital projects involved in updating and consolidating functionality in
various systems related to provider demographics

·         Heavily involved with setting up recurring status meetings with
the business, fielding questions from the business, as well as handling
issues that arise from the business

·         Gathering and updating project materials, completing budgeting,
forecasting, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned
documents

·         Speaking to details of the project to both the business and
technical teams from beginning to end of all projects

·         Align technology solutions with business strategies, working
primarily with senior management.



*Required Qualifications:*

·         6+ years supporting software releases

·         6+ years managing environment (Linux) changes and code deployments

·         4+ years Continuous Integration experience

·         10+ years in software development and deployment

·         Advanced Middleware/Infrastructure design and implementation
knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture enabled, multi-tier J2EE
applications

·         Extensive experience with performance tuning of JVM, EJB's and
data sources

·         Well versed with SSL Certs maintenance and SSO authentication
methodology

·         Ability to help manage releases for a highly complex environment

·         Ability to help manage releases for a highly complex environment

·         Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes

·         Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experiences



*Preferred Qualifications:*

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)

·         Proficiency in project, release and defect management tools (MS
Project, Rally, HPSM, QTP, or equivalent)

·         Experience with relational databases and querying

·         Experience in change management process

·         Experience in automated testing

·         Experience in development lead or manager
