Your macro is a type of macro called an "Event" macro.Event macros located in a
WORKSHEET module are triggered for events only in the specific sheet.( A
"Change" event located in the Sheet1 module does not run for changes to Sheet2)
EVENT macros that apply to all sheets (or the entire workbook) are located in
the ThisWorkBook module.
In your file, your Workbook Event macro is located in a "standard" module.
Located here, no "event" takes place to trigger the macro.
You need to move it to the ThisWorkbook module.
