morning,
Please I need help with excel. I don't need a macro. so I don't know if this is the right section. I have to create a pivot table with the below information. I have a lot duplicate numbers in column B. I need to create a pivot table with the following information. 1) Column B data in the Row 2) Column A data in the Column(this I have converted to Yr) 3) Column H, I, and J data in the values 4) I need to sum all the amount paid(Column J) for each program. ( this I think I got by changing the field value to Sum) 5) The issue that I am having is taking the first occurrence of the line number(column B) value for Column H, and I. Please see below For an example, line 1 have 3 duplicate value. I will need the final result to be just one line number with amount paid(J) summed up as 1800. Amount cut(I) value will be the first duplicate number occurrence value as 400. orig INv will be same as the first occurrence value 2000. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!
